Roasted Cherry Tomatoes are a unique side dish to serve alongside your favorite proteins, because they’re so unlike other roasted vegetables! Roasting them makes the natural sweetness of the tomatoes bolder and richer. Each tomato is essentially braised in garlic oil and vinegar, which makes them fragrant, savory, and tangy. Add these Roasted Cherry Tomatoes to a steak dinner for a touch of brightness and refreshment, or serve them with some juicy chicken to accent its natural sweetness. The options are truly unlimited!
