Saltine Toffee is brilliant in its simplicity and for what it achieves as a dessert! You can’t beat rich, buttery toffee, sweet chocolate, and crunchy nuts piled high on saltine crackers. The crackers not only offer another layer of crunch to an already fabulously crunchy treat, they also help balance the sweetness with a hit of saltiness. It’s genius! Saltine Toffee is the type of homemade candy that will have you wondering why anyone still buys candy bars from the store!
