  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled
  • 4 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled and divided
  • 3 tablespoons pecans, finely chopped and divided
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


Step 1 –Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.

Step 2 –Transfer the yolks to a small bowl, setting the egg whites aside.

Step 3 –Mash the egg yolks.

Step 4 –Add 3 tablespoons of the goat cheese, 2 tablespoons of the pecans, the mayonnaise, the celery, the chutney, the salt, and the pepper, mixing well.

Step 5 –Stuff the egg whites with the egg yolk mixture.

Step 6 –Sprinkle with the remaining goat cheese and the pecans.

Step 7 –Serve.
