Ingredients

  • 24 ounces petite red potatoes, washed and sliced into 1-inch-thick pieces
  • 12 ounces kielbasa, sliced into medallions
  • 1 yellow onion, diced into 1-inch-wide pieces
  • 1 (12-ounce) package frozen green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon steak seasoning

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Add the potatoes, the kielbasa, the onion, and the green beans to a large baking sheet.

Step 3 –Drizzle the kielbasa mixture with the olive oil and sprinkle with the steak seasoning. Toss to evenly coat.

Step 4 –Roast the kielbasa mixture, about 20 minutes.

Step 5 –Stir the kielbasa mixture and roast until the kielbasa is heated through and the veggies are tender, about 15 minutes.

Step 6 –Serve.
