Ah, the day is done. Everyone is home for the night. It’s time to rest. But wait, what’s for dinner? Sigh of Relief Casserole is there for you when all you want to do is relax and recover from a long day’s work. All you’ll need to do is cook your favorite type of buttery pasta, mix it with some already cooked and very juicy chicken, rich and tangy marinara sauce, and top it with some stringy, melty mozzarella. Throw it in the oven and in less than 25 minutes, you’ll have a hearty, delicious dish ready to make you feel just right. Sigh of Relief Casserole makes sure your day is totally worry-free – when it comes to planning a yummy meal, at least!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups pasta, of your choice, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups chicken, leftover, frozen, or pre-cooked
  • 1 (32-ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1-1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 3 –In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, the cooked chicken, and the marinara sauce.

Step 4 –Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5 –Top the pasta mixture with the mozzarella.

Step 6 –Bake, uncovered, until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15-30 minutes.

Step 7 –Serve.
