Ingredients

  • 1 (3-5-pound) turkey breast, boneless (completely thawed, if frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

Step 1 –Brush the turkey with the oil.

Step 2 –In a bowl, add the garlic, the seasoned salt, the paprika, the Italian seasoning, and the pepper and mix to combine.

Step 3 –Rub the seasoning all over the turkey.
