Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry guacamole seasoning mix
- 1-2 tablespoons milk, as needed
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, skin and bones removed, flaked
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped, plus more for topping
Directions
Step 1 –In a mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese until it is light and fluffy.
Step 2 –Mix in the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and seasoning mix, blending it to combine.
Step 3 –Add in enough of the milk to reach your preferred consistency.
Step 4 –Fold in the salmon and green onions.
Step 5 –Optionally, chill the dip for 1 hour to enhance the flavors.
Step 6 –Sprinkle more green onions on top and serve with either crackers or crusty baguette slices.
