Ingredients
- olive oil, to taste, for greasing the baking dish
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated, divided
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mozzarella
- parsley, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
