Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven broiler to high.
Step 2 –In a saucepan over medium heat, add the cornstarch and the sugar and stir to combine.
Step 3 –Add 4 tablespoons of the butter and the half-and-half to the sugar mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and becomes thick and creamy.
Step 4 –Transfer the saucepan from the heat.
