  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk, 2%
  • 6 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • paprika, to taste


Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –Combine the bread crumbs, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Step 4 –Place the milk in a shallow bowl.

Step 5 –Dip the chicken in the milk, then toss it in the crumb mixture.

Step 6 –Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.

Step 7 –Combine the garlic, butter, and lemon juice.

Step 8 –Drizzle the butter mixture over the chicken.

Step 9 –Sprinkle the chicken with paprika.

Step 10 –Bake, uncovered, until the chicken is cooked to 165 degrees F, about 15-25 minutes.
