Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened and divided
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 (3/4-pound) beef flat iron steak or top sirloin, boneless
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions
