Ingredients
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 chicken fingers, breaded and cooked
- 4 flour tortillas, burrito size
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, optional, shredded
- 2 cups lettuce, optional, chopped
- 1 small tomato, optional, sliced
Directions
Step 1 –In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, stir the hot sauce, brown sugar, and water until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is heated thoroughly, about 5-10 minutes.
Step 2 –Remove the saucepan from the heat, and let the mixture stand for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
Step 3 –Place the cooked chicken fingers in a large bowl.
Step 4 –Pour the sauce over the chicken fingers, gently tossing with tongs to coat all of the chicken in the sauce.
Step 5 –Place two sauce-coated chicken fingers onto one of the tortillas.
Step 6 –Add the desired amount of cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
Step 7 –Wrap it up and serve immediately.
Step 8 –Repeat with the remaining chicken, tortillas, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
Step 9 –Serve.
