Who doesn’t adore a lovely slice of classic, creamy, and sweet strawberry cheesecake?! It’s just so, so good! Well, we love it and can never get enough of that delightful flavor. So, naturally, we came up with these Strawberry Cheesecake Rolls… which are essentially little strawberry cheesecakes wrapped up in buttery, golden-brown crescent rolls. YUM! They’re so delicious and so fun to eat. So, if you’re craving cheesecake, but don’t want the full-on hassle of making it, then these Strawberry Cheesecake Rolls are the way to go!

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- flour, to taste, for dusting a worksurface
- 1 (8-ounce) can crescent rolls
- 8 teaspoons seedless strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar or granulated sugar, for topping

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3 –In a microwave-safe bowl, add the cream cheese and microwave until it is easily spreadable, about 30 seconds.
Step 4 –Using the flour, lightly dust a work surface.
Step 5 –Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it out flat on the work surface. Divide the sheets into eight already-perforated triangles.
Step 6 –Top each of the triangles with 1 teaspoon of the strawberry jam and 1 tablespoon of the fresh strawberries.
Step 7 –Roll the triangles up and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 8 –Brush each of the crescent rolls evenly with the beaten eggs and then sprinkle evenly with the sugar.
Step 9 –Bake the crescent rolls until they are golden-brown, about 12-15 minutes.
Step 10 –Serve.
