Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
Step 1 –In a small bowl, combine the strawberries and the sugar.
Step 2 –Let the strawberry mixture stand for 1 hour.
Step 3 –Mash the strawberry mixture.
Step 4 –In a pint jar, layer 1/4 cup of the oats, 1 tablespoon of the powdered peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon of the chia seeds, and 1/3 cup of the strawberry mixture.
Step 5 –Repeat the layers twice, starting with the oats and ending with the strawberry mixture.
Step 6 –Pour the almond milk over the overnight oats mixture.
Step 7 –Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
Step 8 –Serve.
