Strawberry Whip

Strangely enough, Strawberry Whip doesn’t require you to whip any strawberries. Actually, you’re instead going to layer your dessert with jiggly strawberry gelatin, packed with fresh strawberries, for an extra hit of that summertime sweetness! Then you’re going to top it with creamy, fluffy whipped topping. So really, Strawberry Whip would be more accurately called Strawberry & Whip… but Strawberry Whip just has a ring to it! And so does the flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 (6-ounce) packages strawberry flavored gelatin dessert mix
  • 2 cups boiling water, plus 2 cups cold, divided
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the gelatin dessert mix with 2 cups of the boiling water and mix well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Step 2 –Add the remaining 2 cups of the cold water and mix to combine.

Step 3 –Refrigerate the gelatin mixture in the fridge until just shy of completely set.

Step 4 –Stir the strawberries into the gelatin dessert.

Step 5 –Spread the whipped topping over the gelatin dessert mixture.

Step 6 –Refrigerate until completely chilled, about 30 minutes.

Step 7 –Serve chilled.
