For the salad:

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red grapes
  • 1/4 cup green grapes
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced and blanched
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts, optional
  • For the citrus poppyseed dressing: 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds


Step 1 –Mix all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
