  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup dates or raisins, chopped
  • 1 cup ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced

Step 1 –In four parfait glasses or serving dishes, layer the pineapple, the yogurt, the raspberries, the dates, and the banana slices.

Step 2 –Sprinkle the parfaits with the almonds.

Step 3 –Serve immediately.
