  • 1 (14-16-pound) smoked ham, fully cooked, spiral-cut, bone-in
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 8 1/2 ounces orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed


Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Place the ham in a heavy roasting pan.

Step 3 –Mince the garlic in a food processor fitted with the steel blade.

Step 4 –Add the marmalade, the mustard, the brown sugar, the orange zest, and the orange juice to the garlic and process until it is smooth.

Step 5 –Pour the glaze over the ham and bake until the ham is fully heated and the glaze has browned, about 1 hour.

Step 6 –Serve the ham hot or at room temperature.
