Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 bacon strips
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2 –Combine the chili powder, cayenne pepper, curry powder, and cinnamon.
Step 3 –Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the bacon.
Step 4 –Place the bacon on a rack. Place the rack on an ungreased 15×10-inch baking sheet.
Step 5 –Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 6 –Drizzle the bacon with 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup.
Step 7 –Turn the bacon and drizzle with the remaining syrup.
Step 8 –Bake until browned, about 6-10 minutes.
Step 9 –Transfer the bacon to paper towels.
