  • 4 pretzel rolls, sliced, or 8 slices artisan or rye bread
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups coleslaw, store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Russian salad dressing

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the broiler.

Step 2 –Place the bottoms and tops of the pretzel buns on a baking sheet.

Step 3 –Place a slice of the Swiss cheese on the sliced-side of the pretzel bun bottoms.

Step 4 –Broil the buns until the cheese melts and the buns are toasted, about 4-5 minutes.

Step 5 –Spoon the coleslaw on top of the cheesy pretzel bun bottoms.

Step 6 –Spread the Russian dressing onto the pretzel bun tops.

Step 7 –Place the pretzel bun tops on top of the coleslaw.

Step 8 –Serve.
