Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 pounds pork chops, center-cut, boneless, and 1/2-inch-thick
- garlic powder, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Mix the honey and mustard in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
Step 2 –Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3 –Lay the pork chops in the hot butter.
Step 4 –Sprinkle the chops with half of the garlic powder and sauté until browned, about 3 minutes.
Step 5 –Flip the chops and sprinkle them with the remaining garlic powder.
Step 6 –Sauté for 3 more minutes.
Step 7 –Brush the honey mustard sauce over the chops and flip them.
Step 8 –Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 9 –Brush the honey mustard on the top of the chops and flip them again.
Step 10 –Cook until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chops reads 145 degrees F, about 5 minutes.
Step 11 –Serve hot.
