Ingredients

  • 36 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk ranch salad dressing
  • 1 (1-ounce) envelope of reduced-sodium chili seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • sour cream, optional, for topping
  • green onions, optional, sliced

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease enough miniature muffin tins to hold all the wontons.

Step 3 –Place the wontons in the prepared muffin tins.

Step 4 –Bake until lightly browned, about 4-6 minutes.

Step 5 –In a small bowl, mix the salad dressing and the seasoning mix.

Step 6 –Add the chicken to the salad dressing mixture and toss to coat.

Step 7 –Spoon 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture into each wonton cup.
