  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, patted dry

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 (8-ounce) jar sun-dried tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • parsley, to taste, finely chopped, for garnish


Step 1 –Generously season the chicken breasts with the salt and the pepper.

Step 2 –In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil.

Step 3 –Add the chicken breasts to the heated oil and cook until both sides are browned, about 5 minutes per side.

Step 4 –Transfer the browned chicken breasts to a plate.
