Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk, can substitute pineapple juice
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt

Directions

Step 1 –Add the milk, the pineapple, the strawberries, the banana, and the yogurt to a high-power blender.

Step 2 –Blend until smooth.
