Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) can light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dillweed
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
  • 3 cups Boston lettuce leaves
  • 6 grape tomatoes, sliced
  • cucumber, optional, to taste, sliced
  • fresh dill, optional, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –In a small bowl, combine the tuna, the red onion, the parsley, the dillweed, the garlic salt, the thyme, the pepper, and the cayenne.

Step 2 –In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise and the sour cream and then stir it into the tuna mixture.

Step 3 –Divide the lettuce leaves between two plates.

Step 4 –Top the lettuce with the tuna mixture, the tomatoes, the cucumbers, and the dill.

Step 5 –Serve.
