- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 (12-ounce) boneless ribeye steaks, about 1-inch-thick
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2 –Mix the thyme, the oregano, the paprika, the cayenne pepper, the black pepper, the brown sugar, and the salt in a small bowl.
