For the crust:

  • 1 cup shortbread cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Key lime juice or lime juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped


Step 1 –Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

Step 2 –In a small bowl, mix the cookie crumbs, 1/2 cup of the macadamia nuts, and the sugar together.

Step 3 –Stir the melted butter into the pie crust mixture.

Step 4 –Press the pie crust mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate.
