Ingredients
- 5 cups turkey, shredded and cooked
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 4 cups prepared stuffing
- thyme, optional, to taste, for garnish
- cranberry sauce, optional, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 –At the bottom of the prepared dish, evenly spread the shredded turkey.
Step 4 –In a medium-sized bowl, combine the soup, the sour cream, the green beans, the salt, and the pepper.
Step 5 –Pour the soup mixture over the turkey in the dish.
Step 6 –Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
Step 7 –Spread the mashed potatoes over the cheese.
Step 8 –Top the mashed potatoes with the stuffing.
Step 9 –Bake uncovered until bubbly and lightly browned on top, about 35-40 minutes.
Step 10 –Serve hot with the thyme and the cranberry sauce.
