Ingredients
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 6 large sage leaves, chopped
- dippers, of your choice, such as apple slices, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 –In a small food processor, add the goat cheese, the cream cheese, the lemon juice, the garlic powder, and the dill and blend until smooth.
Step 2 –In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Step 3 –Add the sage and cook until the sage darkens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4 –Transfer the fried sage leaves to a paper towel to absorb the excess butter.
Step 5 –Sprinkle the fried sage on top of the whipped goat cheese.
Step 6 –Serve with the dippers of your choice.
