Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, divided
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2 –Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 3 –In a microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and 1/2 cup of the white chocolate chips.
Step 4 –In 15-20 second increments, melt the butter and the white chocolate together until melted, stirring after each increment until smooth.
Step 5 –Allow the chocolate-butter mixture to cool.
Step 6 –In a separate bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, and the vanilla and beat until smooth.
Step 7 –Mix the chocolate-butter mixture into the egg mixture.
Step 8 –Add the flour and the salt and stir until combined.
Step 9 –Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Step 10 –Sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips over the top of the batter.
Step 11 –Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30-35 minutes.
Step 12 –Allow the brownies to cool.
Step 13 –Cut and serve.
