Ingredients
For the punch:
- 2 cups ice
- 1 1/2 cups juniper-flavored gin
- 1 cup dry Champagne
- 1/2 cup triple sec liqueur
- 1 cup club soda
- 3/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup simple syrup, store-bought or homemade
- 8 dashes old-fashioned bitters
Optional garnishes:
- pineapple, to taste, sliced
- whole star anise pods, to taste
- nutmeg, to taste, freshly grated

Directions
