Rain or shine, warm or cold, you could always count on one thing in her candy dish! Grammy’s Peanut Clusters were always a staple on any day, especially the holidays, and we could never get enough of them! She would never think of serving the store-bought version when all she had to do was melt some milk or dark chocolate (or maybe a little of both to satisfy the whole crew), throw in some peanuts, and let them chill and transform into the best version of themselves. Grammy’s Peanut Clusters are known around the land for being the best to ever be. And everyone is nuts about them!

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces milk or dark chocolate
  • 2 cups peanuts, salted

Directions

Step 1 –Line two 18×26-inch baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2 –In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate and microwave on high heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until it is smooth and completely melted.

Step 3 –Add the peanuts to the melted chocolate and stir until they are completely coated.

Step 4 –Use a tablespoon to add dollops of the chocolate-peanut mixture in row on the prepared baking sheets and press down with a spoon to lightly flatten them. Repeat until all the chocolate-peanut mixture has been used.
