Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the butter, the sugar, and the brown sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Step 3 –Beat the eggs and the vanilla into the butter mixture.

Step 4 –Combine the oats, the flour, the pudding mix, the baking soda, and the salt in a separate bowl.
