Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon Indian spice blend or Garam masala
  • 3 ears corn, shucked and cleaned
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1 –Mix together the seasoned salt, the black pepper, the hot sauce, the cumin, and the Indian spice blend.

Step 2 –Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 3 –Grill the corn with the grill lid closed, turning the corn occasionally until it is charred to your preference and cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Step 4 –Remove the corn from the grill and brush it with the melted butter.

Step 5 –Sprinkle the spice mix onto the corn.

Step 6 –Rub the corn with the lemon juice and garnish with cilantro.

Step 7 –Serve while warm!
