Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Directions
Step 1 –In a pot of boiling water, cook the Brussels sprouts until softened, about 8 minutes.
Step 2 –Transfer the Brussels sprouts from the water and drain them.
Step 3 –Using a saucepan over medium, heat the butter and garlic until the mixture is bubbly, about 2 minutes.
Step 4 –Pour the Brussels sprouts into the saucepan, making sure to stir enough to coat the sprouts evenly with the garlic butter.
Step 5 –Put the sprouts in a serving dish and sprinkle the top with the parmesan cheese.
