Ingredients

  • 2 (14.5-ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (10-ounce) can chunk chicken
  • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chili peppers, drained
  • tortilla chips, to taste, crushed, for serving
  • cheddar cheese, to taste, shredded, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Heat a large saucepan or stockpot over medium heat.

Step 2 –Add the chicken broth, the corn, the black beans, the chunk chicken, and the diced tomatoes with green chilies to the saucepan and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is heated through, about 15 minutes.

Step 3 –Sprinkle the tortilla chips and the cheese over the soup.

Step 4 –Serve.
