  • 1 (1-pint) carton heavy cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk
  • 2 (4-ounce) cans crushed pineapple, juices drained
  • fresh pineapple, optional, to taste, sliced and cut into wedges, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the heavy cream and beat until it thickens slightly.

Step 2 –Add the sour cream to the heavy cream and beat until combined.

Step 3 –Add the condensed milk to the cream mixture and beat until combined.

Step 4 –Add the pineapple to the cream mixture and mix well.

Step 5 –Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

Step 6 –Serve garnished with the pineapple wedges.
