Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 Granny Smith apple or Bosc pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted or glazed
  • 2 ounces soft goat cheese or feta cheese, crumbled
  • 10 tablespoons apple cider vinegar dressing or similar vinaigrette

Directions

Step 1 –Place the mixed greens on a platter.

Step 2 –Top the greens with the pomegranate seeds, the shallot, the apple, the pecans, and the goat cheese.

Step 3 –Toss the salad with the dressing.

Step 4 –Serve.
