Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a 9×5-inch pan with parchment paper.

Step 3 –Whisk together the flour, the sugar, the baking soda, the cinnamon, the salt, and the pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl.

Step 4 –Mix the carrots, the eggs, the oil, the milk, and the vanilla together in a large bowl.
