Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 cups white rice, cooked
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 sleeves snack crackers, lightly crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Spray a casserole dish or 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, toss together the cooked chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.

Step 4 –Mix in the broccoli, white rice, soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.

Step 5 –Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 6 –Sprinkle the crushed snack crackers over top of the chicken mixture.

Step 7 –Pour the melted butter over the crackers.

Step 8 –Bake, uncovered, until the casserole is bubbly, about 35-40 minutes. If it starts to brown too quickly, place foil over the top.
