Ingredients

  • 1 (21-ounce) can apple pie filling
  • 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for optional sprinkling
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.

Step 3 –Spoon the fruit evenly onto all of the tortillas.

Step 4 –Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon.

Step 5 –Roll up the tortillas and place them, seam side down, in the prepared baking pan.

Step 6 –In a medium saucepan on the stove-top over medium heat, combine the margarine, white sugar, brown sugar, and water.

Step 7 –Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.

Step 8 –Let the mixture simmer, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes.

Step 9 –Pour the sauce evenly over the tortillas.

Step 10 –Sprinkle the top with the extra cinnamon.

Step 11 –Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 12 –Serve hot!
