Ingredients

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, optional, minced, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Cover a baking tray with foil or parchment paper.

Step 3 –Peel and cube the potatoes.

Step 4 –Move the potatoes to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Step 5 –Toss the cubed potatoes with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.

Step 6 –Put the potatoes onto the prepared sheet, spreading them out evenly. Make sure the potatoes are not on top of each other.

Step 7 –Bake the potatoes in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Step 8 –Move the potatoes out from the oven, and toss them with a spatula.
