Bubbly, fizzy, and beautiful, this refreshing drink is perfect for a day by the pool or the finest of cocktail hours. Slightly spiced and bitter, and balanced with some delicious sparkling wine, this Aperol Spritz will always make you feel fabulous!
Ingredients
- ice, to taste
- 8 ounces Aperol
- 12 ounces sparkling wine, such as prosecco
- 4 ounces soda water
- orange slices, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –Add the ice to four cocktail glasses, then add 2 ounces of the Aperol to each glass.
Step 2 –Add 3 ounces of the sparkling wine to each of the glasses and top each with 1 ounce of the soda water.
Step 3 –Gently stir the drinks.
Step 4 –Serve the drinks garnished with the orange slices.
