Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) can large biscuits
  • 3 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 sausage links or bacon strips, sliced into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned butter spread, such as garlic and herb, melted

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease an 8×8-inch casserole dish.

Step 3 –Split the biscuits into 16 halves and place them on a clean work surface.

Step 4 –Add a spoonful of the scrambled eggs, a sprinkle of the cheese, and some of the sausage pieces onto each of the biscuit halves.

Step 5 –Carefully pull up the sides of each of the biscuit halves and pinch together to close the seams.

Step 6 –Place the breakfast bombs, seam-side down, into the prepared casserole dish.

Step 7 –Bake the breakfast bombs for 20 minutes.

Step 8 –Brush the breakfast bombs with the seasoned butter then bake until they are cooked through and golden-brown, about 5 minutes.

Step 9 –Serve warm.
