This brew is sure to be a knockout at your next breakfast party! Brunch Punch uses the brightness of orange juice and the tropical tang of pineapple juice as the foundation for a bubbly, citrusy, buzzy beverage that will inspire giggles and toasts to go with your toast. Each glass features a constellation of fresh fruit and a sugared rim for extra stars of sweetness to pair with the crisp, refreshing drink. Brunch Punch will punch up any occasion!

Ingredients

  • ice, to taste
  • 2 liters lemon-lime soda
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • 2 cups strawberries, plus more, to taste, sliced, for garnish
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • sanding sugar, optional, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –To a large punch bowl, add the ice, the soda, the orange juice, the pineapple juice, the vodka, the prosecco, 2 cups of the strawberries, the raspberries, and 1 cup of the mint leaves, stirring to combine.

Step 2 –Pour the sanding sugar into a shallow dish. Run a few of the extra strawberry slices over the rims of the intended serving glasses. Gently dip each of the rims in the sugar.

Step 3 –Ladle the punch into the glasses.

Step 4 –Serve garnished with the extra strawberry slices and the extra mint leaves.
