Crab Salad

Seafood has never felt so deliciously easy to enjoy! Crab Salad takes the sweet and savory flavor of crab and zhushes it up… all the way to the sky! The dressing is creamy, tangy, zesty, and with wonderful notes of lemon! It’s a simple dish, but no less incredible, when served on toast or lettuce! Crab Salad will certainly alleviate a crabby mood!

Ingredients

For the dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay® seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

For the salad:

  • 1 pound chunked or flaked imitation crab meat or lump crab meat, picked through for shells
  • 2 ribs celery, finely diced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • bread, to taste, for serving
  • lettuce, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the sour cream, the parsley, the sweet relish, the lemon juice, the Old Bay seasoning, and the dill.

Step 2 –If the crab is chunked, cut it into small pieces.

Step 3 –Gently mix the crab, the celery, and the green onions into the dressing.

Step 4 –Taste the salad for seasoning and add the salt and the pepper as needed.

Step 5 –Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour.

Step 6 –Serve with the bread and the lettuce
