Ingredients
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix, or coconut cream instant pudding
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, juices reserved
- 1 (8-ounce) container imitation whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, optional
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, stir the pudding mix and the can of crushed pineapple with its juices together.
Step 2 –Gently stir in the imitation whipped topping, the marshmallows, the coconut, and the pecans.
Step 3 –Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, pressing the wrap to the mixture.
Step 4 –Chill for at least 2 hours and up to 4 hours.
Step 5 –Serve.
