Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 ounces strawberry-flavored vodka
  • 2 ounces crème de cacao
  • 4 ounces heavy cream
  • 4 ounces 1% milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • chocolate shavings, optional, to taste, for garnish
  • fresh strawberries, optional, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in intervals, until smooth and melted, about 20 seconds.

Step 2 –Dip the rims of 2 drinking glasses into the melted chocolate.

Step 3 –Add the vodka, the crème de cacao, the heavy cream, the milk, and the chocolate syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake until combined, about 10 seconds.

Step 4 –Evenly divide the mixture between the prepared glasses.

Step 5 –Garnish the glasses with the chocolate shavings and the strawberries.

Step 6 –Serve.
