Easy Baked Caesar Chicken

Easy Baked Caesar Chicken has juicy chicken coated in that tangy, creamy sauce that you just can’t get enough of, with some sour cream to bring out those beloved flavors even more! Made irresistible with sharp parmesan, Easy Baked Caesar Chicken is perfect for piling on top of potatoes, rice, or toast for that crunchy crouton experience. Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, and pounded to 1-inch thickness
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated and divided
  • fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, optional

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Spray the inside of an 8×11-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

Step 3 –Sprinkle the chicken breasts with 1 cup parmesan cheese and season with black pepper.

Step 4 –Place the chicken into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5 –Whisk together the caesar dressing and the sour cream in a small bowl.

Step 6 –Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken.

Step 7 –Top with the remaining 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.

Step 8 –Bake the chicken until cooked through, registering 165 degrees F when tested with a meat thermometer, about 30 minutes.

Step 9 –Turn the oven settings to broil and broil the chicken breasts until they turn golden brown, about 2-4 minutes.

Step 10 –Remove the chicken from the oven, covering the baking dish with foil.

Step 11 –Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Step 12 –Serve!
