Easy Chicken Alfredo Bake

Pasta night just got a whole lot better! Who knew you could enjoy your favorite creamy, white-sauce-covered noodles by basically dumping all the ingredients in a baking dish?! Well, we knew that, but every time we come across this Easy Chicken Alfredo Bake, we get very excited again and again. We love a simple-to-make dish that doesn’t require too much of your time and tastes way better than any of the bagged, frozen stuff you’d buy at the store. Serve Easy Chicken Alfredo Bake with a slice of your favorite garlic bread and a big salad, and you’ve got yourself a foolproof feast that will please the masses, and you!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1 (22-ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • freshly cracked black pepper, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a large baking dish, stir the uncooked pasta, the Alfredo sauce, the chicken stock, the chicken, and the garlic together.

Step 3 –Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake until the pasta is al dente, about 30-45 minutes.

Step 4 –Carefully uncover the dish and thoroughly stir the pasta mixture.

Step 5 –Sprinkle the pasta mixture with the shredded mozzarella.

Step 6 –Bake the pasta mixture, uncovered, until the cheese melts, about 8-10 minutes.

Step 7 –Sprinkle the Alfredo bake with the fresh cracked pepper and serve.
